[squid-users] How to add banner or popup window to squid 2.7

Hi, in one job i had running squid 2.7 in transparent mode , my boss ask me
to add a popup window or banner or similar to a group of ip designated (a
range of ip that i had of computers), telling them the company policies,
only one time or one time each 24 hs or similar.

There´s any idea that could help me?
