That depends on your Squid version.

  * 2.6 and later have the syslog module.
  * 2.7 and 3.2 have the daemon and UDP streaming.
  * 3.2 and later have the TCP streaming.

Sponsorship or patch requested for adding a NetFlow module. Relatively
easy work for someone familiar with old style C. We just don't have the
spare time ourselves to add it.
