[squid-users] 101 network unreachable

Hi All
I get the following error with some url's with squid3.1.5 in broweser page

The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.debian.org/
Connection to www.debian.org failed.
The system returned: (101) Network is unreachable
The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.
in squid access log i get the following
TCP_MISS/503 3819 GET http://security.debian.org/dists/squeeze/updates/contrib/binary-i386/Packages.bz2 - DIRECT/security.debian.org text/html.

I use squid8080--->dansguardian8088--->squid3128
I use never_direct allow all directive in squid8080
and the parent is dansguardian8080

no firewall

also I get tha same error when I use squid3128 direct (as proxy).
