Hello,

after upgrading squid from 2.7 to 3.1 there is an strange upload behavior. Right now, the progress bar during the upload seem to show the upload in realtime. So if we upload 15MB through our proxy to an webserver at the internet, we using an 2M/bit SDSL line, the bar grows as far as the file 'arrvied' at the destination. Since we updated our squid to 3.1 the progress bar show very fast 100% - maybe the connection speed from our LAN - and then keep the 100% until the file finished at the remote side. So this behavior is very irritating for the users, because they don´t know, if this is an error or normal. So they often cancel the job to early.

Is this a new config option? Or can anyone tell me how to change it back to the behavior in squid 2.7?

Many thanks!

Kind regards,
