[squid-users] Lock Out times

I have this in my config but can not seem to get this to work the way I want
it to:

acl workdays time MTWHF 8:30-12:00
acl workdays time MTWHF 13:30-18:00

# Block access to banned URLs
http_access deny bad_url workdays
# Allow users access on workdays
http_access allow our_networks workdays

What this does is lock down the network, but during the times on 12PM-1:30PM
and then 6PM-8:30AM I want the network wide open including Sat and Sunday.
Here is my ACL list and http_access list in the config. (Removed protocol
list)
