I should also mention these 2 lines are creating an issue as well:

2009/10/08 16:01:40| parseConfigFile: line 3491 unrecognized: 'wccp2_router'
2009/10/08 16:01:40| parseConfigFile: line 3493 unrecognized:
'wccp2_forwarding_method 1'
2009/10/08 16:01:40| parseConfigFile: line 3494 unrecognized:
'wccp2_return_method 1'

Is this because I am on 2.5?
