Requests from the clients can and will at times include headers indicating that they will accept compressed responses...this command will strip that indication and ensure a uncompressed response.
Try it and report back

Manual says: This option only applies to request headers, i.e., from the
client to the server.
How would it solve my problem if it manipulates requests from client?
