The ZPH patch has been integrated into the latest squid code already.

2.7 has today been released STABLE with the ZPH parts that do not
require kernel patching.

3-HEAD (3.1 DEVEL) has been patched with the full ZPH abilities, though
to use the passthru still requires a kernel patch.
