My general advice:
   If you have any choice in the matter. Stay away.
   One of the most annoyingly frequent questions is "why can't I see ...
through squid?" when URL-content filters are in use.
   If you are required to do so, be very reluctant to add filters
without a LOT of testing. The best-seeming rules can block wide areas of
unrelated information.

Specifically:
  Squid can block/allow pretty much anything you like in the header
information, and some other.
   If its HTML page content you want to filter, you will need additional
software with Squid-3 ICAP, eCAP, or other adaptation services.
