You have at least one drive device at 100%.
Your mailing program written in python is using much more CPU than squid.
You might start by telling us some of the details why you think this
relates to squid?
ie: what problems is the cache.log saying you have? what the squid stats
are saying that makes you think its squid fault? etc.
Perhapse what your squid.conf settings are?
