[squid-users] Configuring ICAP with Squid 3.0 Pre7

Hi,

I am trying to configure squid 3.0 with ICAP. I have followed all the
steps as mentioned in the install file. I picked up the latest build
from

 http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v3/3.0/ . After executing the
command in the following manner:-

1) ./configure -enable-icap-support

2) Make all

3) Make install

 
There are no errors encountered and squid works fine but when I tried to
modify the squid.conf file to turn "icap_enable" to on it throws error
saying

"2007/09/10 18:37:11| parseConfigFile: 'squid.conf' line 3986
unrecognized: 'icap_enable on' " , and this persists for all the icap
related parameters in the configuration file.

Any help in this will be highly appreciated.
