It's caused by squid receiving a UDP SNMP packet. Which when squid goes to
read the content turns out to have nothing, or a system error occured
mid-read.

With UDP it can be expected every now and again. Particularly at times of
high traffic. Look at the timing to see if they could be random events or
a sign of some system overload.
