This is not an error, but squid being overly verbose. The remote server if
broken but squid can cope with it.

First, try an upgrade to Squid 2.6. It's much nicer, and is supported.

Alternatively, look at the fix in
http://www.squid-cache.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=1265
