squid_ldap_auth authenticates via LDAP basic bind, not SASL.

For basic bind to work the userPassword attribute must be set properly
in the user object. Most easily done using ldappasswd.

Note: To see the userPassword attribute you usually need to be logged in
(to LDAP) as an "LDAP root user".
