Hi Chang,

What do you see in your access.log and cache.log files?
Are you running your squid proxy in transparent mode? If you manually
put the proxy server in your browser, do you get a Zero sized
reply error?

What does telnet www.jobs.gov.hk 80 show ?

You can try:

acl jobsgov dstdomain .jobs.gov.hk
always_direct allow jobsgov

But since I can access the site, it could mean something else like
firewall rules between that host and your proxy server.
