I can confirm that publishing both OWA and OMA through Squid 2.6 work
fine. I'm running these setups on various sites for both
HTTPS->Squid->HTTPS->OWA and HTTPS->Squid->HTTP->OWA. Publishing Outlook
access with RPC-Over-HTTP works too (you may have to enable some
extension methods in Squid for this, namely the RPC_IN_DATA and
RPC_OUT_DATA methods).
