content without an explicit expiry time won't get cached then.. Squid
needs to consider the object fresh for at least 60 seconds to consider
it worth caching.

Generally the defaults is quite good, but in a reverse proxy you may
want to tune down the max age and up the percent.. This to make cache
validations more frequent and to more aggressively cache recently
modified objects.
