After this you need to run the bootstrap.sh script to prepare the source
tree. Note that you need to have the exact versions of autoconf &
automake the bootstrap.sh script wants, if it warns you about not finding
the expected versions it most likely won't work.
this applies to most patches from devel.squid-cache.org.
