[squid-users] Need advice for "FATAL: Received Segment Violation...dying"

Here is my problem:
I'm running SuSe 9.1 with all updates kept in sync from 6 weeks on this box.
It is internal proxy and it have parent for Internet connections, which
is the same machine, same OS and same config.
Only difference is that this box have delay pools for client subnets.
Parent doesn't have this problem - it has uptime 6 weeks without any
problems with squid.
Hardware: IBM ThinkCentre P4/2,6G 1GB RAM, 2x40GB HDD
This box has about 500 clients, about 35-40 req/sec maximum, about 2
Mbit throughput in worktime.
I haven't any complains for filedescriptors, memory or anything else in
my cache.log - just sometimes bad URLs ...
I think I read all posts relevant to this problem for last 1 year :-( ...
Cache dirs are equal on both HDDs, on ext2 partitions, system is on
software mirror partitions.
Sometimes it crashes once per day, sometimes - 10 times ...
I looked in all system logs to find something, but there is no errors
and warnings for anything at times when squid goes down :-(

Any suggestions ?!
