Thanks adam, but I can't seem to find it on my system at all. I'm running
Mandrake MNF and my squid is 2.4.STABLE7. Maybe I don't have it?

It's probably not in your path. Go to the bin directory under whatever
directory Squid was installed into and run it like this:
./squidclient
