The other downside to a $ on the end means users can stick a ? on the
end of most requests to bypass it.. (I use this myself to bypass the
block on my own proxy.. Fortunately no one has thought of trying that
yet..)
Then again - I guess something like urlpath_regex -I
\.(exe|mov|mpg|mp?)[?]$ would prob fix that...
