RE: [squid-users] Squid.conf setting queries

I have changed configuration as suggested so that user
IP 192.168.0.23 and 192.168.0.42 should not be able to
get access in time 09:30-22:30 and 07:30-23:30
respectively. But still they can access Internet
.
Also access to www.kazza.com could not be stopped.
Attaching squid.conf file.

Help appreciated.
