[squid-users] executing command with requested url as an parameter

hello.
is it possible to configure squid to execute shell command with requested URL
as an parameter, and give output to the client?

for example i would like to do mere :
#!/bin/bash
echo 'content/type text/plain'
echo '$URL cannot be imported because admin is doing experiments on humans'
