Only the user identity part, not the OS part or port numbers.

Only if this returns the hostname as part of the username field in the
ident reply.

If you want to return the information in any other field then Squid
needs to be modified to read this other field.

As said in previous reply the standard ident protocol does not have a
hostname field (RFC1413). If you wish to introduce such field in the
protocol all clients using your ident server needs to be modified to
understand the new field.
