[squid-users] reply_body_max_size

hi, List

I try the option of reply_body_max_size to prevent users from downloading
large files.

I wrote the following line in my squid.conf
reply_body_max_size 10MB allow all

But any request seemed not to be accepted. Then I changed again
reply_body_max_size 1MB deny all

Based on that configuration, the HTTP request can be accepted as normal.
However, I can still download a file larger than 1MB.

Why?
