[squid-users] Mass Mailers & Spiders

lo squidsters,

Does someone know how Mass Mailers and Spiders can be blocked via squid from
functioning?

It seems to draw up more bandwidth even when I used delay pool to restrick
it on a system to just 2K ( ;) i really wanted to slow it down if i couldnt
stop it)

I actually tried using HTB to restrict its bandwidth but it seemed not to
have any effect
