[squid-users] Delay pool error

I am giving command
"/usr/local/squid/sbin/squid -k parse" which giving me
following error.
[root@shastrihall root]# /usr/local/squid/sbin/squid

I have changed only this line
"acl localnet src 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0"
from default 'squid.conf' to
acl localnet src 192.168.0.1/255.255.255.0

Any idea about error.
