[squid-users] SNMP support

Hello everybody,

I want to enable SNMP support in squid, and made the required changes. Squid
is listening on port 3401.

There are the relevant lines from squid.conf

acl ml350snmp snmp_community public
snmp_access allow ml350snmp localhost
snmp_access deny all

snmpwalk localhost -c public results in "no response from localhost"

what could be wrong ? Please help
