[squid-users] limiting users download per month

Hi

I haven't played with squid much and was wondering if squid is capable of
limiting amounts that users download. IE 500Mb per month. I am not
particularly concerned with what the content is but I do not want to exceed
the limit. I image that ISPs do it.
I am scanning the documentation at the moment and I will probably stumble
across it as soon as I send this.

I am just looking for a yes/no answer and maybe an area to look at as I am
bit short of time.

Maybe I should be looking at ipchains or iptables to achieve it.
