I've got 3 parent proxies, sometimes they got down due power failures.
Now how do I auto-detect which parent proxy to use?
Let's say I have Proxy-1, Proxy-2 and Proxy-3. And used Proxy-1 at default.
I've set never_direct allow all.
Now if Proxy-1 is down, it will auto-switch to use Proxy-2. And if Proxy-2
is down
It switches to proxy-3, and if Proxy-1 is up again.. it switches to Proxy-1.
