That you have encountered some kind of internal error during the processing
of a PUT or POST request.

This part of Squid-2 up to and including Squid-2.4 is rather complicated and
have been plauged by such problems every now and then. Reason yet unknown.

In Squid-2.5 this has been rewritten using another approach. Hopefully there
will be less problems with these types of requests.
