[squid-users] does 2.4 daily tarball need patches?

dear all,

although this one is an easy one, I could not find anything in the FAQ or archives:

Are the bug fixes available from http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v2/v2.4/bugs already merged into the code of a current nightly src tarball file or do I still have to patch the sources ??

And (if they are already included):
Are those patches the only difference between the 2.4STABLE1 release and the current tarball or are there more differences than published as patches on squid-cache.org?
