[squid-users] Managing SQUID with Perl

Hello!

I'm inclined to choose the SQUID as the main proxy server in my
project.

I have to manage the SQUID with perl script. Its feature is to allow or disallow
connections from group of IPs (about 5 IPs or so) in any time.

Can I do that with Perl? Which libraries do i need? What else?
