[squid-users] Clear Access Log

Hi there

just wondering how i acomplish the following...

at night (preferably 10pm), get the server to: -

1) copy the access.log file to access1.log
2) replace access.log with a blank access.log file

what is the attributes for the access.log file (is it 777)
