Its a warning, not an error.

This warning was added in squid-2.4, or maybe later squid-2.3 versions.

In the case below, you could make the warning go away by writing
10.160.0.0/255.255.0.0. In other words, the zero-bits in the netmask
should also be zero-bits in the IP address.
