[squid-users] Rx Buffer

I am getting the following message in
/var/log/messages:

kernel: eth0: can't fill rx buffer (force 0)!
kernel: eth0: can't fill rx buffer (force 1)!

Does anyone have any idea , what could be the problem?
I am using RH 6.2 with kernel 2.2.14 and Squid 2.4S1.
