lists the non-"private" projects. By private I mean single-developer
test branches.

The source you refer to is marked with the tag
rbcollins_filters
It's not listed on the projects page as it is a single-developer branch,
I am slowly pulling the work I put into it out into several open
branches, but none of them are feature complete yet.
