Because I am forming rules based on the URL... Squid is forwarding to
apache+mod_perl if the content requested is dynamic <Based on filename
extension>, and apache without mod_perl if the content requested is static.
If anyone knew of something simpler I could use for this type of proxying,
that would be excellent.
