[SQU] fakeauth_auth

I just recompiled Squid 2.5Devel-NTLM and changed squid.conf to use
fakeaut_auth as the ntlm program instead of NTLMSSP.

Now I no longer get domain\userid in the access.log files.

Are there parameters or other things I need to change to properly use
fakeauth_auth?
