[SQU] Linux Proxy/Firewall help

Does anyone know of something out there that will function
only as a proxy with no blocking of any kind? Or something
that will allow you to block out certain sites, IP's, or
specific ports? Squid has been excellent for standard FTP
and WWW, but I run other things that will not work with Squid.
