[SQU] tcp miss 503 in access log

Hello, i am trying to setup squid as a transparent proxy

when i try to access web sites all i get is tcp miss 503 in access log. any, i have ip forwarding on and all port 80 traffice is going to squid (you get squid dns errors on clients)

any ideas on how to fix it
