[SQU] Cache Replacement/Deletion Not Working?

I am using Squid 2.3 STABLE2 under Solaris 7. I am having a problem with
the cache replacement. Even when I specify the "cache_dir" to only
100MB, it will still grow to fill the entire disk (10GB).

In the log files, I see the following when restarting Squid:

Any suggestions?
