Hello,

I think for 300 users you should increase your cache size. And you can set
your cache_mem to 12MB. That should be enough for you. The rest of the mem
will be a file cache. I don't have enough information about async-io, all I
know is it is a good thing. :)

After some time you'll set your squid's parameters according to your needs.
I mean you'll find the best parameters by yourself in time.
