(OT) URLs from Logfiles all over the world

Sorry for the offtopic post ... but I need your help and don't know of
a more appropriate address.
A friend of mine is participating in an art project here in Munich, Germany.
Part of the project is that one can see a web browser on the walls of
a skyscraper. This web browser should display URLs from all over the
world to give the bypassers an imagination where people in different
countries/continents surf to. It would be grouped on an hourly basis
as the New Years midnight ("the millennium") is approaching (and bypassing).

The problem is now the person which said to take care of the data
for the URLs didn't.
In short:
What my friend is looking for is a snapshot of at most one day from
your logfiles. Only the URLs are needed so the data should be anonymous
and no laws violated.
