Unless you are running a 386-16 there is something very wrong.
We have a Piii-450 1GB RAM with about avg of 250 to 350 clients and running
FreeBSD3.3-STABLE & Squid2.3beta3 avg load runs .05 to .07
I guess the next question is what are the system resources and do you have
anything
else running on it.
