Hi,

Sometimes I got the same problems, but only in this case when there are
problems in our local network. When there is no connection with cache
server and computer where runs named. Named and squid run on the
different computers and on the different networks.

It is good idea to run named on the same computer where squid runs?
Does each time squid dnsserver send request to named?
