Transparent cache support DEC Unix ?

Can somebody tell me squid support DEC Unix for transparent cache ? I
try to configure squid with option "--enable-ipf-transparent" but it
show me the message :

"checking if IP-Filter header files are installed... no
WARNING: Cannot find necessary IP-Filter header files
 Transparent Proxy support WILL NOT be enabled"

I also try to install IP-Filter but it seems not support DEC Unix.
