Squid 1.1.x is unsupported. Other products are definitely

This indicates a problem with HTTP/1.1 Host: headers. A similar
problem would arise using older browser, e.g. IE2, which don't
generate Host: headers because they pre-date HTTP/1.1.
The change log for squid doesn't go back before version 2.
