Squid-2.2PRE2 problem

Hello all!

 I've just compiled and installed Squid-2.2PRE2 under SCO UnixWare 2.1.3
platform. After Squid starts to serve requests it regularly restarts
with the following messages in cache.log:

I've never seen "Cannot bind socket FD ХХ to proxy_ip:0: (22) Invalid
argument" message with any Squid before 2.2. So what's wrong? Any ideas?
