Choosing neighbor cache based on url

Hi,

I couldn't find a solution. I want squid to choose neighbor proxy server
based on the url .e.g url ending with .exe, .mov, .mpg, .zip would all be
sent to
proxy server1 and the rest to proxy server2. Proxy server1 is windows based
so no-query option is required. Can anyone give some examples. I am using
squid 1.x.x. Can it be done with cache_host_acl ?
